Jim Brown joined Reagan Consulting in 2025 as a Senior Associate of the firm and primarily works with clients on mergers & acquisitions with a focus on financial due diligence.

Prior to Reagan, Jim spent over three years with RSM in their Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he provided buy-side and sell-side advisory services (primarily financial due diligence) to private equity and corporate clients primarily in the business services, industrials, and consumer products space. He was responsible for the execution of due diligence and meeting with key stakeholders.

Jim obtained his B.S. in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Tennessee.
