Bobby Reagan

Executive Chairman

Bobby Reagan brings more than five decades of insurance industry experience to Reagan Consulting, where he currently serves as Executive Chairman.

After graduating with high honors from the University of Tennessee with BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering, Bobby began his career as a commercial property and casualty producer with a Southeastern regional insurance brokerage firm. Over his 10 years with the firm, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including COO.

Bobby earned his CPCU designation in 1980 and joined Hales & Associates in 1984, opening the firm’s Atlanta office the following year. He became president in 1987 and was named Chairman and CEO in 1992. In 1995, Hales split and Reagan Consulting was formed with Bobby serving as CEO. Today Bobby serves as the firm’s Executive Chairman.

Widely recognized for his insurance industry expertise, Bobby created the Best Practices Study and has led or contributed to numerous research initiatives conducted by Reagan Consulting. He has advised many of the country’s leading insurance agents and brokers and has led strategic planning initiatives for agencies, industry associations, networks, and insurance carriers. He has also been recognized as an industry expert in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

A frequent speaker and author, Bobby has addressed more than 100 insurance industry groups and associations and has been published in many of the industry’s leading trade publications. He currently maintains Series 63 and 79 FINRA registrations through Reagan Securities, Inc., Reagan Consulting’s affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
