Best Practices Study, conducted with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA).
The annual Best Practices Study provides critical performance benchmarks in six agency revenue categories ranging from Under $1,250,000 to Over $25,000,000. Agencies can measure, evaluate, and compare results for agency operations, including:
Income and expense distribution
Revenue and profitability growth
Production and service staff compensation/productivity
Technology expenses
P&C and GL&H carrier representation.

Study of Leading Banks in Insurance
The ABIA Study of Banks in Insurance is a biennial study of the bank-insurance industry, conducted jointly by Reagan Consulting and the American Bankers Insurance Association (ABIA).
The study presents the results of a national survey of banks that are actively selling insurance and it provides an analysis of key bank-insurance trends. Additionally, topical issues are addressed in a white paper format. Topics recently addressed by the study include 1) the success of agency acquisitions by banks and 2) the value of insurance distribution to bank shareholders, customers and employees.
